Notice of Adjusting the Trading Service Fees of China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform

 Dear Members,

According to recent market situation, standard of the trading service fee will be adjusted by China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) as below:

1. On-port Cargo (D Board) transaction will be free of charge for both Seller and Buyer.

2. Delivering Cargo (A Board) and Bonded Zone Cargo (B Board) transaction,

  (1) For Buyer, transactions will be free of charge;

  (2) For Seller, trading service fee will be gradually reduced as follows according to the member’s annual trading volume on the platform.

For the volume greater than 1 million tons and less than or equal to 2 million tons

CNY0.18/WMT or USD0.03/WMT

For the volume greater than 3 million tons and less than or equal to 4 million tons

CNY0.12/WMT or USD0.02/WMT

For the volume greater than 4 million tons and less than or equal to 5 million tons

CNY0.06/WMT or USD0.01/WMT

For the volume greater than 5 million tons

Free of Charge

* Trading volume for 2014 refers to member’s iron ore trading volume on the platform since January 1, 2014.

3. This standard of the trading service fee will be effective on September. 1, 2014，the period of the validity is Dec.31, 2014.
